What does the Malaysian ST COA certification mean?
ST COA safety certificate is Malaysia's safety certification system, which combines compulsory products and voluntary products. Compulsory certification is ST COA. COA is a customs clearance certificate. After the products enter the customs, importers with COA can apply for bulk purchase of MS labels from SIRIM.
